GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Article 1 - Dutch law
1.1 The web shop at www.beemstercheese.us is an initiative set up by CONO Kaasmakers in the Netherlands, which is registered with the Chamber of Commerce in Alkmaar under number 36002299. VAT registration number NL001801879B01.
1.2 These General Terms and Conditions are subject to Dutch law.
1.3 Entry into an agreement with CONO Kaasmakers implies acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions. Any changes to these General Terms and Conditions will be communicated in writing.
Article 2 - Agreements
2.1 CONO Kaasmakers reserves the right to change prices and documentation. All offers and documentation compiled and issued by CONO Kaasmakers are noncommittal.
Article 3 - Orders
3.1 The products offered for sale via the web shop at www.beemstercheese.us can only be ordered via the web shop in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions.
Article 4 - Products
4.1 All products are subject to slight differences in color and changes in price and/or specifications introduced by the manufacturer and/or the importer.
Article 5 - Prices and payments
5.1 All prices shown in the web shop are inclusive of VAT.
5.2 Payment can only be made via PayPal. No other method of payment is possible.
Article 6 - Delivery
6.1 It is not possible for customers to collect products ordered via the web shop from the Beemster office in Atlanta.
6.2 Products ordered via the web shop are delivered by Fedex Ground Services.
6.3. Web shop orders can only be delivered to Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, New Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania and Rode Island. Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to states other than those listed above.
6.4 A standard delivery charge applies per state. If the actual cost of delivery is far higher than standard delivery charge due to the weight of the order, CONO Kaasmakers reserves the right to contact the customer. The customer can then choose to pay the additional delivery charge or cancel the order.
6.5 Orders are delivered within 2 to 10 working days.
6.6 Any inquiries about orders must be submitted by email and sent to: bridgett@beemstercheese.us.
Article 7 - Retention of title
7.1 Ownership of products ordered via the web shop transfers to the customer once all outstanding sums owed to CONO Kaasmakers under any agreement have been paid in full. The risk associated with the products transfers to the customer on delivery.
Article 8 - Guarantee, liability and complaints
8.1 CONO Kaasmakers offers the same guarantee as the manufacturer.
Article 9 - Exclusions
9.1 In the event of force majeure (factors beyond the control of CONO Kaasmakers that make it impossible for it to meet its obligations), CONO Kaasmakers reserves the right to act as it sees fit.
