Beemster Salad In Belgian Endive Cups

Ingredients (for 10 persons)
- 5 ounces Beemster 2% Milk
- 1 cup red grapes
- 1 tablespoon orange juice
- 1-2 tablespoons walnut oil
- 1/2 tablespoon fresh thyme
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 2 Belgian endive leaves
Materials
Preparation
Cube the cheese. Halve the grapes and remove the seeds. For the dressing, mix the orange juice with the walnut oil and thyme. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add the cheese and grapes, mixing well. Slice off the stem ends and separate the Belgian endive leaves. Place a spoonful of cheese salad in each leaf and arrange on a tray.
