Cheese Yum!
Now there is cheese and then there is CHEESE! If you are a cheese lover you definitely know the difference. You can even find fake cheese if you would even want to go that
route but I can’t understand that one. Onto my experience with BeemsterLite. BeemsterLite is a “Gouda Style” cheese. Yum, yum. Oh I said that already didn’t I? It is aged 5 months (to make it yummy) and has 33% less fat than regular Gouda cheeses.

Fad or Fab? (Put-in-the-mouth-edition)
This cheese somehow achieved a beautiful consistency – just like real Gouda- even without the added fat. I suspect black magic is involved. This cheese is creamy and delicious and I really, really like it. Read more
